Our Pre-Set Cleaning Services
Cancellation Policy
You have 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning to reschedule or cancel. Any changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 30% of quote cost as a cancellation fee.
Online Booking Policy
Note that the total cleaning hours are selected by you. Since we do not know the conditions of your home, the total hours you selected may be too much or not enough for proper cleaning.
In the event that you overbook, any unused hours will be credited to the total amount.
Any additional hours needed to properly clean your home will be billed to you separately.
Items not included
The cleaning of the inside of your appliances is not included in the services booked via Online Booking. Please use the "Request Pricing" If you wish to have the inside of your appliances cleaned/ additional services, not noted above.
