How do you estimate your residential work?
We base our estimates on a standard scope of work, and most customers see no change in final pricing. You will have a chance to review the service details noted above and confirm final pricing with with us before the work begins.
Will you remind me about my cleaning appointment?
We use state of the art software that will automatically generate an email reminder, two days and one day in advance. It will contain the exact date, time, and name of the cleaning technicial that will be arriving at your home. You will have a chance to confirm the appointment right from the email.
How can I pay for my cleaning service?
We accept all forms of payment. Upon completion of your cleaning appointment, you may choose to pay with a check, or we can email you an electronic invoice, in which you may pay using your credit/debit card, Apple Pay, BitCoin or bank account.
I have a pet, will that be a problem?
Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets, and we like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, please let us know in advance.
Do I have to be home for my cleaning appointment?
You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be. Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access in a secured lock box
How many cleaning hours are right for me?
All of our jobs are listed in per man hour. While every job is different and hours may vary depending on the amount of cleaning there is to do; we typically recommend studios & one bedrooms to be cleaned in 3 hours, 2-3 bedrooms are cleaned between 4-6 hours, and anything in excess of 4 bedrooms may take over 8 hours
What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
You have 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning to reschedule or cancel. Any changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 30% of quote cost as a cancellation fee.
Can i request the same cleaner or be assigned a different cleaner?
Yes. You can request the same cleaning technician, or you may request a change at any time.
