At Westchester Cleaning Services, we are always looking for innovative solutions to better serve our clients.
We recently spent a lot of time evaluating the level of service we provide you and ways to keep you better informed. We have listened to your feedback, and those of our team members, who are on the front line of our company, and represent our brand. Thanks to your combined input, we decided to revamp our entire back office platform and field service technology, in order to streamline the entire process, from sales lead to final payment.
Some of the improvements include:
Book Instantly or Request Pricing
You can now book the service at the time and budget that works for you. You may also choose to request pricing that fits your project.
Instantly Review & Approve
The best part of our estimate management system is its mobility. Not only can you review estimates from anywhere, but you can instantly approve them with the touch of a link on the estimate. No more wondering if you emailed us to confirm that you approved!
Automatic Notifications
A note on your fridge is now a thing of the past! We will automatically send you text messages that remind you of upcoming appointments, their status, and provide real-time updates. Our notifications keep you informed so you are always in the know. You may use this option in conjunction with, or as a replacement to our current email reminders. You may disable either option at any time.
Customer Portal
With our new customer portal, you can view your past, current and upcoming services, as well as request new service. You will also be able to view your account balance and pay invoices with any credit/debit card or bank account.
